The internal component is not designed to be removed, opened, accessed, modified, or handled by the customer.
Customers must not attempt to:
Open or dismantle the pendant.
Remove the internal component.
Drill, cut, heat, or otherwise damage the jewelry.
Attempt to access or alter the nano-engraved component.
Modify the product in a way that may damage its internal contents.
Any unauthorized modification or attempted opening of the product may damage the jewelry and may affect eligibility for return, replacement, or refund, subject to applicable consumer rights and our Refund Policy.
